Also don't worry, at your age no one is really good at making out, so take into consideration that if you're afraid you're not a really good kisser, well your boyfriend might not be either considering you find someone in close proximity to your age.

Firstly 'making out' is not a game nor a right of passage. Look for a bit of guidance on web sites. Not withstanding you could get pregant or catch something?
Why are you in such a hurry and Miss you are under age. Get on with your life and studies and only do something when you are 16 + and have been dating with a number of people, once you have sex for the first time you cannot turn the clock back if it is crap.
When it is right you will know for now be patient and get on with academic issues?
