I don't know if I've hit puberty yet, my voice hasn't cracked. I mean, when I say I don't ejaculate, well, I'm sorta lying. White, sticky liquid does come of my penis, but in a very, very small amount - it's about one drop. Is there something wrong? Also, after I reach orgasm, I can't keep masturbating. I have to stop, and wait a while. It's not painful, it just feels wierd if I keep on going.

First of all, it took a lot of courage to ask that question here. I respect and admire you for that! And, it sounds like you are somewhat knowledgeable about your body, how your sex organs work, etc. I don't know whether this is something that you were taught, or you've done some research on your own, but that's good, too!
You sound pretty normal to me. I don't recall when I started ejaculating, but I know that I masturbated before that. I'm not really familiar with the detailed chronology of all the things that happen as a guy's body matures, but the "sticky fluid" may be your body's early effort to produce seminal fluid (the stuff that carries your sperm), or it may be some of the other lubricating fluids produced by various glands when your sexually stimulated. I wouldn't be concerned about anything you have mentioned.
It's quite normal for guys to stop stimulation right after they reach orgasm. For some guys, the genitals (especially the head of your penis - called the "glans") are painfully sensitive to any stimulation at that time. Even without that discomfort, guys need a little time after an orgasm (technically called the "refractory period") before they can respond to sexual stimulation and have another orgasm. Usually they lose their erection during this time. When you reach sexual maturity in your late teens this time period may be only 5 or 10 minutes - at later ages, it can be several hours or even a day.
I hope you're not bothered by your masturbation. It's quite common - in fact, almost ALL guys do it. If your family values, religious beliefs, or cultural values are strongly against masturbation you will have to evaluate them and decide whether you will continue or not. Don't let it become something you do instead of interacting with people (or worse, to avoid interacting with people). And remember, even when it's allowed, or even expected, it's still considered a private, very personal thing.

Ok no this is completely normal for this to happen, small amounts of ejaculation may just be due to your age, its never a huge amount anyway so dont be worrying.
Also as for carrying on this is almost impossible most of the time. Once a man reaches orgasm then he needs to take a break before he can carry on.
