Anyway the person I sent the message to has kept on ringing me and texting me since, and some of the things this person (don't know if its a guy/girl) says are downright dirty. I've only replied to the texts a few times to say I don't want the person to keep texting me. I didn't change my number because I was hoping it would all blow over, but I wish I had because it has made things worse. Just this week my phone was lying in my house and I received a text from the mystery person and my boyfriend read it. Again it was a flirty text and I tried to explain to my boyfrined about whats been going on but he seems to doubt me still and thinks it's someone I know and have been flirting with behind his back. What can I do to make him believe me?

You can change numbers, but it is not needeed.
Disconnect messaging service if you can do it.
I strongly doubt that "this person" will actually ring you.

His doubts will lead nowhere in case there is no continuation.
