reader, anonymous, writes (6 May 2009): A good thing to do first is give yourself an orgasm. Using a vibrator or the pressure from water from the shower for example. Once you've been able to come alone you might relax more when with your bf and it can be easier to come.
Another thing is for him to spend a lot of time on you you you. If it's the first time he's gonna give you an orgasm, he needs to focus on you, and not demand anything for himself, because it can he hard for a girl to orgasm, and it can take a lot of time. He needs to be patient and have he stamina to keep at whatever he needs to do to make you feel absolutely great.
