 Unless you have an EXCEPTIONALLY rare name, there's likely to be someone else out there with the same first and last name that you have (I know I do, and my last name is pretty rare), so it absolutely could be someone else. If she's paranoid though, then it's a choice for you to make: Either deal with her fears with patience and compassion, helping her to grow to trust you and forgiving her for occasional accusations, or decide she's not worth being on the defensive and find someone else.
Personally, I'd advise trying to ask her to trust you for now, if you can.
