I'm skinny and want to impress this girl. Is it possible to get "six pack' abs in 5 days?

i'm 16. i have a close female friend who is also 16. we go to the same school. i have recently joined the gym as i am tryin to keep fit and help me gain weight. well i have a guest pass and i asked her to come. she accepted and told me she is free all week. than just after i asked if she can swim. she said yes. i didn't want to ask her directly if she wanted to go because it's funny askin a girl to go swimmin with you. anyway she said she will easily beat me in race. as a joke. than i asked her if she wants to go swimmin after and she said yes. i'm so happy it will be just me and her to spend time together. but i remembered i am really skinny. you can roughly see my bones because i play alot of sports! it's really embarrassing! there's not anything i can do is there? get a 6 pac in 5 days? if it's possible i will put every effort in. i'm skinny so it should be really easy!

dude, just eat as much protein and carb foods as you can- like red meat, poultry fish, and pasta+ 1 Kirkland multi vitamin in the morning (they are cheaper and better than centrum). But mainly go to the gym and do mostly upper body stuff like curls, hammer curls, reverse curls, bench press, pull downs, and foward and back wrist curls.+ to get the six pack do all ab machines as heavy as you can without injury until you feel like throwing up. rest, then switch to another machine, then do the ab machine on a mid-weight then light weight. - repeat for 3 weeks going 3 times a week to the gym for results.- YOU KNOW YOU ARE DOING IT RIGHT IF YOU HURT LIKE HELL AFTERWARDS!!!!

i wud not worry about it at all. if she likes you it wont be for ur skinny body! she most likley knows that ur are skinny. remeber women like wats on the inside more than the outside, if there genrally interested. just have a good time.. make sure u dont get an erection!! cheers dude!

bonym agony auntFriend, be happy with who you are, dont try to obtain something which is impossible in such a short space of time. Being skinny is no problem, six packs dont necessarily make you more attractive, sometimes I find it a turn off, I just like the man to look healthy and good, a six pack is nothing great, just be happy with the way you are. xXx

***la belle vida*** agony auntnah sorry, if you no want abs work at it slowly, changing your diet for the better, joining a gym, doing plenty of andominal excercises etc. I tell you the dedication is well worth it!

I think being skinny you're at an advantage because one of the hardest things about having a visable six-pack for men is that they must reduce their fat level quite signifigantly and that is what takes the most time.

If you don't have much fat around your stomach area then you will very quickly see development if you work your ab muscles, they are one of the quickest repairing muscles so you will quickly see improvement as they grow.

Make sure you keep your fat intake low, but increase your protein intake.

If you work out with dedication, you'll start to see changes within a couple of weeks, I'd say.

But don't get too anal about all of this. Whilst it is good to improve your physical fitness for yourself, and it is nice to look good for the opposite sex, you must be confident with WHO YOU ARE because that is what any lovely, normal potential girlfriend is looking for. They arn't looking for the superficial qualities of a 6-pack, big biceps, etc. Just bare that in mind, and don't link having a great body with being attractive to the opposite sex.

David Lewis agony aunt6 pack in 5 days? no way mate. I was sort of in the same situation as you when I was younger. I used to compete in gymnastics when I was younger and had a 6 pack at the age of 10. I grew to hate it though because girls thought it was freaky. I wanted to get rid of mine. I thought I would never find a girl.

She seems like a really nice girl and seems to really like you. If you want to impress this girl, just continue what you are doing now.

As for the six pack, just eat right and put the work in at the gym. Fitness is like a relationship, you need to put the hard work in to get results. My advice to you is to just keep doing what you are doing, you will get your 6 pack and you have already got the girl.

hi dont worry about how you look if she agreed to go with you she might like you too. if she is a nice girl then she will like you for who you are not for a 6 pac.just enjoy your time together and if she is a good friend then you should tell her how you feel she might reply with the same.
