 You're reading too much into it. You've had doubts before and you're having them again-so you know what the answer is.
You probably hurting him as well because you're stringing him along-flatter him a bit (make his day) but just tell him you not that into him. There's no harm in flirting but if there's feeling involved on his side, you'll end up hurting him and surely you don't want to be known as a cold B****!
So flatter him a bit-you'll feel good too but make sure it's innocent and that you don't break his heart.

 You're flattered that he likes you but that's as far as it goes. The chemistry just aint there with you honey. If you DID fancy him you would have had butterflies at least, when you kissed him. Move on!
