And when I went online to talk to him he didn't start the conversation, so I have and we talked like we always do, he was still calling me names, telling me about his life etc... But at one point I felt like I'm disturbing him so I asked him if I am and he said I'm a little (he never said I'm disturbing him before) so I said we can talk later and he said yes, we can do that, so I just said goodbye and said that I will talk to him later, wait few mins and went offline. I went online day after but we didn't talk and he was only online for a short time. So we haven't talked for 4 days now :/ We cant text as we don't live in the same country. Is he losing his interest? Should I wait for him to start the conversation next time? His birthday are on the 15th so should I still wish him happy birthday? How can I tell that he is losing his interest as we only talk on the internet?

It does sound like it's petered out.... just chatting online having never met IRL and having not moved it to phone calls or texts is not a good sign.
Sure you can wish him a happy birthday and the conversations with him might ebb and flow over time but it's clear he's not that into you and not going to make an effort to be with you...
plan to move on...
