My ex and I broke up 5 months ago I still love him, for whatever reason he's trying to block me out. I'm going to the city he lives in for a week (not to see him), I know this man still loves me. So how can I drive him crazy while I'm in his city???

Girl, take a look at what you've written here. Your ex broke up with you, and is trying to block you out. No he doesn't love you. At all. Men in love don't do this. You're going to end up with a restraining order if you continue like this. He's not in love at all. He's over you. That's why he's blocking you out of his life. You need to accept he's over you. If you don't, everyone will think you're a weird obsessed ex who can't let him go, and you'll end up in court.
