writes: Okay so i need to clarification. I have this theater teacher and he is in this play and i'm part of the running crew. Hes always telling me i'm going a good job but he adds complement in or he'll tell me personally for example . Your doing a great job o' well dressed one or he'll wait till im alone and he will stare me straight in the eyes and tell me im going great . Tonight was opening night and i was cleaning up after the show and it was just me and him and he put on hand on my shoulder and he grabbed my hand with the other and said are you to the after dinner with the rest of us. So does he like me or is he being nice to me ? whats up ?

reader, anonymous, writes (8 October 2011): I would say both , but i found out today that he his married but he confused an attraction to me ,but that's as far as that went i met his wife and she told me he had talked about me with her ....so eh both very nice people !

It seems like he is pleased with the work you are doing and wants to make sure you are included with the rest of the group for celebratory activities like the dinner.
Are you friends with others in the cast and crew, or are you more of a loner who works with everyone professionally?

I think he's just being nice...
However, if it makes you feel uncomfortable at all, then you need to say to this teacher that you are not happy with the things he says and does. If it continues, then you need to talk to the head/principal/dean, whatever you call them in your school/college.
