How can I squirt?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

dear cupid,

here recently, my guy has started working his way up to the point where he can "fist" me. while it hasn't always felt like the most pleasant thing in the world, i have reached the point where i actually really, really enjoy it.

on friday night, he managed to get all five of his fingers into me...and it was absolute BLISS. after just a few seconds, i kind of felt like i needed to go pee...which i've heard is a sign that you're about to "squirt" and have a really intense orgasm. i have never experienced this, but have heard that it's amazing, and it's something that i definitely hope to experience at some point in the near future.

in the end, the feeling ended up going away when he tried to get his knuckles in; he had never been in that far, and my body still didn't take it very well. however, that's not really the point of this post...hahaa. my question is, was that feeling of needing to go pee really an indication that i was about to "squirt?" and the next time i experience that feeling, what should i do--like, should i kind of bear down like i am actually trying to go pee, or should i just leave my muscles relaxed, or what?

Not everyone can squirt. It depends on your muscles.

DoubleM agony auntYou probably never will "squirt." And you will never need to in order to enjoy your sexuality. I've been with dozens of women over the past 50 years, and pleased them, but only one ever did something close to that. I don't even know why is keeps coming up, because it's mostly hogwash. Or as we say in Texas, Bullsh**.

So_Very_Confused agony auntI squirted once... guess what.. I didn't feel ANYTHING, and I didn't feel like I had to pee... I had no idea it was coming till it happened...

and while HE was pleased with himself... I was left wholly unsatisfied...

again this is some weird thing that media has blow up out of proportion... when I was growing up (your age and even older) there was no such thing as "squirting".... at least it was NOT spoken of or talked about at all..

katiekate agony auntAlso, instead of doing this "fisting" thing that you've made clear is quite uncomfortable, why don't you two just go to a sex shop? They have all kinds of toys that can accomplish the same thing that don't cause pain... Just a suggestion.

katiekate agony auntSounds like you were about to have a g spot orgasm. I feel the same way, like I have to pee. I push down and boom...gushes all over the place. I didn't think that's what squirting is though. When I watched porn of women supposedly squirting, it had nothing to do with the g spot. I could be wrong though.
