writes:I work in a bar where the majority of the customers are middle aged (I'm 20) and there is a group of friends that come in every weekend for a drink and stay all eveningI really like one of them and Im not sure what to do, I think (but am not sure) he goes out with/ or is casually dating one of the girls but I cant get him out of my head and it's really doing my nut in! I've never had a boyfriend or been on a date so I haven't got the foggiest as what I'm suppose to! When hes in, I see him watching me, but then I dont know if that's just cos he's watching everyone in the pub (the bar is at one end of the pub and the restaurant is at the front) but when I'm up at the bar, it's like he can't look in my direction?! I don't know if I'm just reading too much into it or what?! Help?!!

 Hi, you should not do anything as he has a girlfriend and there is no way you will know how serious the relationship is from just observing. Find someone else and who is single.

 Easiest way to deal with this is to write your name and number on his tab at the end of the night. If he's taken or disinterested, he'll throw out the number, but you might get lucky and get a ring!
