 Leave them both alone and break up with Vince. You don't love either of them. You broke up with Zach for a reason but now you say you have feelings for him while being with someone else. You cant be this indecisive and keep playing with people's feelings.

 It's very challenging for Zack and Vince to be friends. I wonder how they do it. Since you didn't have long relationships with either one, your feelings couldn't be that strong. You are heading towards a triangular mess, more complicated because the two men are friends also. Vince sounds like a rebound guy. Going back to Zack won't make sense because you like Vince at the same time. You will always be torn between the two since three of you will be somewhat close together. You have to step back and really think about what you want.
