I'm a 23 year old university student who has a three month old son and a boyfriend who I've been seeing for the past three and a half years. Our relationship is failing because of our differences when it comes to parenting. I don't really want to be a single parent as I don't know that I'll be able to handle it but if that is the only way my son is going to lead a happy life then so be it. I'm a humanist and a socialist which never goes down too well but then politics and religion have always been the cause of arguments/wars.. I love writing and am studying for a degree in creative writing and writing for stage, screen and radio - writing and my son are all that I live for. I don't know that I'm particularly qualified to help anyone but I do believe that everyone deserves to be happy in this life whatever definition they may associate with the word and if offering an unbiased opinion to a problem is going to help achieve that then I would be more than happy to help. My motto in life is: the past is history, the future's a mystery but the present's a gift, use it! The best piece of advice I've ever been given is: sobriety offers the possibility of reality. |
