I have never known anyone as forgetful as my partner. He can do something and be convinced that he hasn't because he forgets straight away! I ask him to do things and he reckons I haven't asked him. I think he forgets about the kids sometimes. It certainly seems he forgets when I tell him important things! He can barely remember our son's birthday and he's only 9 months old! I'm surprised he remembers his own birthday. I told him I think he's got an old man memory! You know what I mean? Where he can tell you about something that happened 20 years ago but doesn't remember getting up in the morning!

I'm interested to know about your partner, would you be interested in being contacted about his memory outside of this forum? If so you can email me at memory@bbc.co.uk and we can have a chat.

I'll ask him and I'll let you know! He'll forget I've asked by the time I've let you know what he said though!
