What 2 do????

As all u guys no i am 12 and my school is having this dance next week.I already asked my bf 2 go with me and he said that he wood go wit me.Problem is were both majorly shy any ideas on how 2 break the ice?

Invite one or two other close friends or create a little group, that way you have a kind of safety net of people you feel comfortable with and hopefully will be able to progress from there.

This is harsh advice but I feel you need my perspective on this and that is if he tries to do stuff you dont want, then dont let him and if he gets angry over this then dump him first as it is just not worth being unhappy and unsure with someone. He is showing his immaturity by expecting you to do things you just dont want to and you are showing how much more mature you are by saying NO.

Hiya Sweetie :), Have you told him how this is making you feel and that you do feel so shy? Maybe if you do he can help you and introduce you to some of his friends and be there to support you. If he doesnt then maybe you do need to reconsider if he is the right guy.

I did tell him i was shy and he told me he was shy 2.And i also do want to kiss,hug,and all that but i just wouldn't know what 2 do.When i told him this he acted as if he undersstood but i don't think he totally understood me.So at this dance this friday what should i do 2 show him that i care and i'm not afraid?

I hijacked another thread, inadvertently and was given a polite 'send off' or 'the boot', so to speak. lol I'm not sure what the rules are concerning postings as I don't post much on forums. Dare I ask-are there even rules, I need to know? I just assumed anyone can comment. Can someone clue me in.

I think you can just add to the converstaion as you please. If it progesses away from the original converstaion then it does!!! The only rule I've noticed is not to post questions on here, converstaion only and to tell you the truth I like it. Its a pleasent chance to have friendly chats with the agony aunts, after reading every ones responses you get to know what their out look on life is and its nice respite from answerring the questions, to get to have friendly banter, and general advice / opinions

hehhehe I can remember a thread when someone said they thought willywombat was a guy and I agreed with them, using the thread, and I got swiftly told off by the other aunts for spamming, its was quite funny cause then everyone started saying me and willywombat should hook up, that one made me giggle a bit! the forums are good cause you can have light heartened conversation without ruining other peoples threads.....

That was a cute thread about you and Willy, Sexy. I remember that..you mistakenly thought Willy was quite the handsome dude because she posted a picture of a man. If I'm correct didn't Smeedle somehow get mistaken for being involved in this unlikely 'coupling'. What a good sport, Smeedle was! Was fun to read-made me smile. :) We need humor like that to 'come back down to earth' and realize life really is a lot of fun.

I have to admit that the forms are my favourite and I visit daily, I feel slightly guilty as I want to answer general questions but as time currently due to new job and horse commitments is limited I find myself comming here for a bit of light entertainment and banter from my favourite agony aunts and uncles, and this detracts from the main site. naughty smeedle!!!
