writes:My ex boyfriend of 2 yrs broke it off with me n april..bcuz he couldn't stand my past..(cheated on my ex husband with 2 of my ex husbands friends 8yrs ago) and secondly I wuz txtn with another guy to prove to him I wuz no longer a cheater and I wuz worthy of his trust... the reason he knows about my past wuz cuz we were friends b4 so we told each other evrything... but b4 the break up in april we were rocky and hardly talk to each other to each other.. he would just put me down and call me everyname in the book... so between april and yesterday he would txt me evry other day telln me he loves me misses me.. and even his mom would tell me he looks sad and he would tell her he needed me.. so n between that time we had sex 3 times but when I would wanna take him out he would say ill let u know and nevr got back to me... now I find out yesterday by a girl who is claiming to b dating him for 2 moths this wuz a total shock to me cuz he would say he wuznt being or seeing or even talkn to anybody.... and he is the one always look n for me I don't get a hold of him at all I even changed my # to keep him away...I called him right away after talkn with that girl and I told him wht wuz goin on if he wuz seeing this girl and he wuz so shock he said no I don't understand wht ur talkn bout but he claims to know the girl with that name and he hangs around with the brother... but when I asked the girl if she had a bro with the name that my ex gave me she said no.. my ? Is ... Y would he still have me hanigng and givn me hope if he wuz hanging out with this other girl? And y would he not even give me an explanation..y is he avoiding me... ????? All he says is if she told u.. but then he says there is nothing to tell u..Also his mom and I r good friends y would he b upset with her as well???? She didn't do anything???? Do I even have a right to tell him something we r not even together?????? Thank u..

From what I gather, your ex contacts you regularly, but now is seeing another woman and is avoiding you.
Perhaps he's avoiding you because he's seeing another woman. And he's seeing another woman because you two aren't together anymore.
I would say if you don't want to be involved with him and you don't want him involved in your life, then don't worry about what he does and who he's with. If you move on, you'll find greater happiness elsewhere and won't feel the need to bother yourself with what he's doing.
