 I know you were probably hoping for people to agree with you asking her out but you have be realistic in some sense. I kind of have to agree with the other comments. I compleatly understand that you have feelings for her, but there would be less complications if you dated someone of your own age. You both work together so I wouldn't jeopardize your frenship & risk loosing what you already have. Your working enviroment would be much more enjoyable if you both remained friends, as asking her out could result in both of you being akward with each other. So just enjoy what you already have & something even better will sure come your way,

 I have to say yes it would indeed because of the age difference. She is at the age where she might want something that you're not cut out for just yet. She needs to be with men her own age and maturity. Now, don't be offended; you are surely mature but she needs someone her own age or slightly older. There are sooo many other girls out there that are your age. Also, you should know that this is just an infatuation. Like all crushes, it will surely pass.

reader, anonymous, writes (21 June 2010): Well for starters it's illegal and for seconds if she is flirting with you she might just be being kind no offence but a 21 yr old probably isn't interested in a 15 yr old, if you were 18 and she were 24 it would be better, sameish amounts of maturity at that age.

 well yeah for her especially. Think about it, how bad would it look for a twenty one year old to date a fifteen year old? and isn't it illegal or something anyway? Dont do it. Trust me people will make fun of you and her which would mess up what you guys have now.
