1) He will organise the insertion bit ... : ) Sometimes he'll guide it in, sometimes it just goes in.
2) Yep, it will be very hard, I should imagine!! But that's good. Soft ones don't go in! It's not hard in a horrid way. And the skin of it is incredibly soft and silky. It's a nice thing : )
3) It might hurt a bit the first time or so, but it might not. With me, the first time I was on top and it really didn't hurt at all. That's a good position because you're in control of all the movements. Obviously that way you kind of take part in the insertion, too. I'd recommend it as a first time position!
I was really scared about how it would feel - it seemed such a weird thing finally to do. So completely unknown. But when I did it, it felt completely natural - no problem at all.
I think you should definitely get more confident with the whole thing of what the penis is, first, though, before you go any further. You need to make friends with that first : ) - then before you know it you'll be wanting to get closer and it will all be easy.
