So I went through some changes for a month or so talking to people realizing what I did. She still was scared to come back and now she is gone. She started dating a friend but never told me because she still wanted me in her life. Now I'm not really waiting around for her because I can live without her, but the truth is i do love her and was wondering if the guy is a rebound because she started dating him like 2 weeks after we broke, I went in to no contact and out of her life, I understand I was mostly at fault but this guy shows the qualities that i lacked at the end of the relationship, should i worry or is the grass not always greenier on the other side.

She may be on the rebound, but only she really knows that... you can use this to make you stronger. And it's her loss anyway
