writes: Me and my boyfriend have just started to get comfortable with being intimate with each other and we have started to give each other oral sex. This is not the problem I am totally comfortable with both giving and recieving and really enjoy it -- maybe too much, see when he goes down on me, I get so turned on that the muscles in the front of my legs spasm and contract so hard it's very painful.I have tried to relax but it just happens every time. It's getting to the stage where I'm making him stop before it feels good and faking it being pleasurable so as not to hurt his feelings. He's so good at at and I love him to pieces but when I can hardly walk up to four days afterwards, I just cant face letting him pleasure me. Please help!

I have heard of some people who have gotten blinding headaches during and after due to tensing up. I don't mean tensing up because you feel uneasy, but just simply because it makes you feel nice and intense. The only thing I could suggest you do is really relax, try not to tense up your body and just lay there and go with the flow. Let it feel and and enjoy it slowly and enjoy each moment for what you feel. Don't expect anything from it and let it take you where it will. I know you have said you have tried to relax, so maybe you could get your boyfriend to give you a gentle massage before hand and learn to relax from the beginning. Hope this helps.
