i know a lot about this subject as i do a lot of athletic traning.
im 6'ft and i find that doing sets of crunches, situps, and a few other excersises help. but keeping the amount of food you eat in check is essential.
use these videos to see how to do the excersises properly and you need to do long distance running twice a day.

and mabye do aerobic excersises as well
it will take dedication but doing all that you will get there.
try to do it every day but if it is to hard do it one day, rest the next and then do it the next.
remember do how ever much you can, dont say you can lnly do 20 because then you will believe you can only do it, go till it hurs.

you need an extremely low body fat %. so lose all the extra fat.
