The trouble is my partner agrees to these plans and even suggests things ie what area to look in etc. But when it actually comes to committing himself he finds excuses to back down like he is too busy cant get the time off work to go to the solicitors etc. I dont want to pressure him but I feel so insecure and wonder if Im making the right decision to sell my house. We have both been married before and so have trust issues but I just dont know what to do

Keep your house, focus on your baby.
If you marry your partner then consider selling and buying together.

Men often do leave these sort of things up to their partners but it is a bit inconciderate considering that you are so close to giving birth. I remember at that time having a big instinct to clean and decorate again, it is a nesting need. Anyway, you are too close to go through that upheaval now so take your time. See a solicitor to work out the practicalities of protecting your assets and don't worry about moving until you have had some time to enjoy the baby.
