Just so people understand guard = police here in Ireland and unless he's a detective OP then he can't browse through that kind of stuff anyway. if he is then just report him to the ombudsman and they'll sort it out.
How do you know he's looking at your messages and stuff? You need to tell him to fuck off or you'll report him. He'll lose his job for this kind of thing and don't be sacred for one second just because he's a guard, they don't stick together in these kind of situations at all. In fact they take harassment of women exceptionally seriously. So if you have evidence he's doing this then report it to the ombudsman, if the only evidence you have is that he says he can see this then he's a lying sack of shit.

You are not asked to sign a contract, present a photo id or run a credit check. In fact, you are not even required to verify that you are who you say you are when you activate the phone. You can give them a made up name and date of birth. For a fact this can be done.Blocking his number is a good idea, but wont amount to much in the long run if he does aquire your number; he can simply borrow a phone from friend/family/stranger/business or use a street phone to contact you.I would seriously start to consider who you might have currently in your life that could possibly be feeding him this information. I am not saying it is done on purpose, but rather they could be tricked into giving up your number or any information on you and not necessarily by him. He could have friends calling your friends, family or aquaintances posing as anyone (ie organizations, groups, causes, bill collectors, schools, giveaways, hospitals, old friends from kindergarten, etc..)in an effort to gain as much as he can about you. If you havent done so already, now is the time to start informing your family and closest most trusted friends of this issue. It can turn serious quickly, especially if he cant get ahold of you as he used to. You will need all the help and protection in your corner.Good Luck.

Also to be extra safe you should also be able to block his number from your phone so if he does get hold of your number for whatever reason then he will not be able to contact you so when you do purchase a pay as you go phone ask the sales person if that is possible on the particular phone you are after!
