hun this wont work! dont strave yourself!take it handy.. cut down on fatty foods like sweets, choc and also bread and carb intake... treat yourself once a week so that way you have a goal too...
do as much excercise as you can at least half hr to hr a day!!
dont cut your calorie intake by over half you will make yourself depressed and end up falling off the wagon as they say.. take it slow results will show sooner then you think!!

Thats a really unhealthy number of caleries. just exercise more and switch your higher calerie foods for healthier ones.

yeh i agree with that, honestly sweety starving yourself makes it worse, you will only bloat yourself. just healthy eating lots of water, gentle exercise etc just see how it goes. crash dieting is very dangerous

I agree with other response as well, just cut back on some things first. And take it slow, you'll get to your desired weight, just don't try to over rush it, it could be very unhealthy for you. Wish you the best!

It is extremely unhealthy to do that, and even if it did work you will gain all of the weight back because you cannot survive on 500 calories a day. Just cut back on soda, sweets, and refined sugars, exercise more, and drink a lot of water. It won't happen quickly.
