 just found this question, hope not to late for answer. no no the sperm will be washed away with your saliva and basically any thing you drink. be advised to brush your teeth keep mouth/breath fresh

Getting rid of it is much the same as eliminating traces of beer, whiskey, curry or any other potentially socially offensive substance to be breathing in the direction of the other human beings with whom you share the planet; it's a straightforward matter of brushing your teeth, and using plenty of Listerine.
But no, your teeth won't fall out, nor will they suddenly beome host to vast hardened stalagmites and stalactites of un-removable male jizz for everyone else to smirk at while you're chatting to them.
