Yes, experience (preferable good experiences) does bring confidence in yourself as well as self-esteem, which does reduce anxiety towards opposite sex.

Is this a kind of "facing your fear" thing?
It might just help if you find a really nice girl who'll be gentle and nice to you about it.
It could also go horribly wrong as sex is not exactly the same as holding a spider.
If you want to have this kind of therapy then rather than going for sex why not go and find a group of women to spend time with.
From this post it does seem that you see women as things to have sex with. I really hope that is not the case.
If it's the talking to girls that you are scared of then deal with that. Don't try and use it as a justification to go to a prostitute or something.
