Talk to your Dad about it. It's all genetic so if he tells you that he grew a foot when he was 19 and suddenly had more hair than he knew what to do with, then you're fine.
If he had already been through it all by your age then you might want to head to the doctors to just make sure there is nothing glandular or hormonally gone wrong.

Hmm... You're prolly a late bloomer you'll go through puberty some time. Evryone has to go through it. Lol.
