 For me, after a long period of no sex the biggest problem is chafing. Get a good lube and you should be golden!  The longest I went was a year and a half, and yeah.....my first time "back in the saddle", so to speak, was a little uncomfortable and I was sore for a few days. Everyone is different, though, so I don't know how she will react after seven months.
As far as satisfying her, she is going to be so happy to see you that I bet it isn't even going to be a problem. Don't feel you have to perform, just relax and take your cues from her. If the sex was good before the long separation, I see no reason why things would change.
