Its called doctor patient confidentiality he cant breathe a word of what you two have discussed or what medication you have had (if he does you can take legal action against him). So breathe a sigh of relief your secrets are safe. Also its usually a nurse who gives injections.

ok.
Welcome.
Go buy some Condoms... damn breeders..
secondly. its possible the doctor will mention it.. or its possible they wont mention it.
You need to look at the bigger picture.
YOU decided that you were growen and Adult enough to go and have sex. you also decided you're adult enough to handle the situation of taking the 72 hour pill.
Now coming back full circle.
Believing you're grown up and Adult enough to handle all of this.
You also have to be Adult enough to tell your mother the truth... if you lie to her. how is she going to ever trust you?
she might not like it. in fact she won't like it. however you're on the pill which i personally believe is your only saving grace in this.
Tewll her the truth and buy some damned condoms too

The chances are that the practice nurse will give you the jab anyway.
In the unlikely event that your having taken the pill should come out in any conversation, you have every right to complain to the surgery's Practice Manager.
I'm pleased to read that you've got the common sense to go on the pill if you're having sex, but really, you're still a bit too young for it. You'll feel better about yourself in years to come if you hold off for a while.
