Although some of this weight has gone to my belly (which is a bit bigger) a lot of my weight has gone to my chest, which has really ballooned. I didnt really have moobs before but now I suddenly do.I think theyre quite big already but am wondering whether if I happened to gain more weight will my moobs continue to get fatter more than my belly?Anyone else gone through this? Fat goes all over the place and it all depends on your genetics and how you've been sitting and everything.
If you want to lose them then you can resort to what all us girls do.
Get a tin of beans or something in each hand, hold them up in front of you with your elbows bent (so you're standing like a genie) and then just throw your elbows back and forth to burn up the fat in that areas. Traditionally the chant to do it with is "I must, I must, I must improve my bust!"
Get on you tube and put in chest exercise if you want more.
Another option is just to get up a bit early and get down to the swimming baths before work when it's quiet. Doing half an hour of slow laps there burns of a whole meal, so that and healthy eating will give you serious results if you keep it up over a couple of months.
Good Luck!! xx
