 No, there is no way he can tell. Some men will expect a virgin to bleed a little her first time, but frequently that does not happen. And the hymen is very commonly broken from non-sexual activities, so it is not a reliable indicator. (Sadly, it is sometimes used as one but that's simply wrong!)
So no, relax. He will not be able to tell.
