No, He's under 18 when you were pregnant. Also if your parents tell the police, The police will want a bit of proof from you.
He wont go to jail, But sadly if your parents know your having sex in your house and they are allowing it, They may get in trouble.

no. My boyfriend is 18 and i am 15. The law in the US is that it is statourty rape if the younger party if 4 years younger then the eldest party, that law is in place till you are 16.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 August 2008): If your parents tell the Police, then there is a high chance he will go to jail. As you are underaged I think it would be classed as rape and then he will go to jail. I think that is how it works there.

Well if your parents tell the police then he might go to court and have to sign a sex offenders register. I'm not sure how it works in Oz.
I don't think it's in the best interests of the child for him to go to prison though, I think the court will give him some other punishment. He needs to be on the streets to he can get 1 or 2 jobs. He has a child to support now and they are expensive!
