Will Kegel exercises benefit the both of us?

A female United States age 30-35, anonymous writes:

Hi, I'm 19 and I'm not a virgin. I've only ever had one partner and I have a feeling that number will stay the same for quite some time; I'm not exactly the most confident or most assertive person out there.

For now, I'm okay with that, but later on, I'm going to want to find someone to "fill that void", if you know what I mean?

Anyways, I haven't had sex in about four months and the next guy I have sex with, I want it to be especially great for him seeing as I want to be dating the guy first.

So, I was wondering if Kegel exercises will benefit the both of us?

Oh yes. A good time to practice them is during sex and at traffic lights. You'll have him clawing at the walls. One of the benefits for you if you keep the muscles in trim is that you'll be unlikely to suffer incontinence later in life.
