writes: will i still get flabby arms if i do not weight lift such as toning my arms?i do cardio every day for 45 minutes. i weight lifted before, and now i want to stop. if i do not weight lift and just do cardio instead with my arms, will i still get flabby arms? just doing cardio, do i still have the same benefit as weight lifting? also just doing cardio exercise will it tone my legs, body, back, and arms without lifting any weights or other materials? Ask a trainer at your local gym. From my limited knowledge on the subject, if your cardio exercise uses your legs then your legs will benefit from it as well as you circulatory system. If your cardio exercise uses your arms then ditto. But a professional trainer could probably answer your question best.
