I like this girl at high school (who's clever and attractive and friendly) I asked her out once but nothing really happened (we're kind of friends now) I would ask her again but I'm taking a year out and she's in her final year at college (UK) before going to uni and it would be unfair on both of us if anything did happen and we went to different unis, which is highly likely. My question is will I find a girl at uni (I'm going to a red brick uni e.g. Leeds, Manchester etc.) who's just as smart, pretty and friendly as this girl at the college I went to?

Im sure that you will find someone mate. Unis tend to have a wide variety of people attending, by being there they must already be clever and smart. Would shock me if there wasnt any that were attractive and friendly.
But ultimatly you need to think about what you really want, it is good to look to the future, but I dont want to miss an opportunity you may never get back. Think about what u really want and what would have the best outcome.
hope this helps :)
