the reason im not ready for sex is because of my ex we thought we were ready and we started stripping and she noticed the mark for the 1st time and thats wen she started laughing so we started talking and just layed down by each other and talked instead of having sex so i was just wondering because of her laughing and that kinda shifted the mood to where we started talking so i was just wondering if that would be a funny thing to other girls to where it shifted the mood

I see no reason why this would "shift the mood" or anything else. If you're ever in a situation where this is the case, you might want to reconsider having sex with the person. They shouldn't care about a birthmark, only you!
