How is the best way too meet girls and get to know them? Will girls be turn off about a guy with a speech impediment or should I just not care about my speech impediment unless they ask about it? if the girl you find really likes you and cares about you, she won't think twice about your speech impediment.
Don't worry about it. All the girls who don't like you because of it aren't worthy of you. :]
good luck hon. xx

Well, the sad truth is that shallow girls will be put off; though why would you want to go out with girls like that anyway?
You don't specify the extent of your impediment, but however bad it is, it doesn't affect you being a caring person does it? It doesn't stop you being great company, or stop you being a fantastic boyfriend to someone.
The right type of girl won't be put off by an impediment -- and probably won't even think twice about it.
This is the type of girl you need to find!
Good luck
