okay yes that will cause problems. and ive got a really strong feeling that your at your last tether which is completely understandable, if dieting doesnt work, or that you dont want to, you can always try different clothes, i find that black is very slimming and stripes work perfectly....and tell your parents surely this behaviour is unacceptableGood Luckx

reader, anonymous, writes (14 August 2007): Bandaging your tummy will cut off your circulation and cause swelling in your legs and feet, and cannot be healthy for you....don't worry so much about what your family says to you, sometimes family can just want to push your buttons to get a reaction out of you.
If you would like to lose weight, reduce your daily calories, weigh your food, and count calories...also, gettting up off the couch, not eating in front of the Tele and excercise will effortlessly remove pounds from you and your middle....bandaging will not.

your still young dont worry about it youl lose your puppy fat just exercise and eat healthier ... dont bandage yourself up brothers just say things to upset you they dont think and speak to your mum tell her how the way they call you names is upsetting youxx
