And, not to get too technical, but to save you some future embarrassment. "Missionary" is the man on top, woman on her back. The woman on top is not the missionary position. "Missionary position" gets its name from the Christian missionaries who were proselytizing all over the world having sex that way, while the locals were doing it old school (i.e. doggy, etc.).

I would imagine that when she says she can only get satisfied when she is on top that she means she can only reach orgasm that way. Again every woman is different and different angles make them reach orgasm therefore if this is what satisfies her just stick to that position.
