We get a little touchy feely at times.. But when we are in public or with friends.. He won't sit next to me. I don't know if he's trying to avoid me or draw a line. He's told me himself that he is single. But once we were chilling out with common friends, a friend (he's very handsome) of mine (unknown to him) spotted and walked to me, greeted me in a warm way and complimented me on my pretty dress. All i saw was that he was frowning and refused to even make eye contact with me even until i left. He didn't even greet me bye. What's wrong with the guy? He doesn't make a step forward yet he acts weird..

I've got to say that I don't think this guy is worth it. Unless he's willing to make a step, then he's not going to be all that great. You could try talking to him yourself, but I thihnk you might be better off finding another guy.
