Why won't he introduce me to his 12 year old daughter?

I Am 22 years old my boyfriend is 33. We have been dating for a year now and I am a secret to his family and daughter. We met online and were both rebounds for he had just broken up with his girlfriend and baby mama of 12 years. As for myself, I had just got out of a really bad 1 year relationship. He says he really cares about me and says I am his girl but when he's over at my house and his phone rings he tells people, his mom and baby mama he's over his partner's crib like I'm one of his homies. I asked him why he said that to his baby mama and he said he didn't wanna rub it in her face that he was oer his new girlfriend's house. What does this mean? I have met his mother and sister but he won't and refuses to let me meet his 12 year old daughter. Am I being played? Is he possibly still with his baby mama? or should I just give him time to express to people that he is in a new relationship with his new girlfriend after a 12 year break up?
