writes:So I had boyfriend but we had to break up because he had to leave e for the summer and our feelings for each other kinda went away. He hadn't had a gf in 5 years till he got with me. When we broke up we decided to be friends and we kept a good friendship, but once he came back the feelings came back as well and stronger than the first time. I know he likes me and he knows I like him. He shows me he truly cares about me and I've done everything to show him I Really like him. I hint him all the time. In a way its as if we were still together because we are together all the time and we hold hands com kiss here and there. Everything is there but he won't ask me out. He tells my best friend that he likes me a lot and that he's never met anyone like me but he says he doesn't know How to be a boyfriend. Idk what to think anymore. Why won't he ask me out? :(

 Well in this case i think you should just ask him were you stand with him and does he want to get back together with you its as simple as that you take the first step it shouldnt always be up to the man.
