She always has colds, coughs, tummy bugs etc... But instead of staying at home she comes in to work and spreads her germs!! she is very good at her job and friendly with our manager so its tricky to complain about her even though myself and collegaues have mentioned this-but if she wants to come to work then no ine can stop her.She has a bad diet-drinks loads of coke and eats junk all day-now dont get me wrong we have told her to eat more helithy and build up her immune system but she doesn't listen!!Why should we spend all day getting her germs and then getting ill ourselves and and be subjected to her constant noisy coughs?HELP!!! Keep your hands washed, and TRY not to touch your face (rub your eyes,...etc.)
Maybe for Christmas, everyone at the office could pitch in for a 'health basket'w/vitamins, herbs, teas, cough syrup...' to take better care of herself. This might wake her up.
More plants in the office gives cleaner air.
You and co-workers should agree to 'get sick' for 1 day (same day) and stay home (make sure boss knows SHE started the sickness in office), then SHE'd be the one to handle all the work load for that day. I don't think she'd want another day like that again.

I think you just have to suck it up and talk to your boss.
When she's really ill just go in and say in a caring way that you think she needs to go home as she's not well and it won't be very productive for the whole office to come down with it.
If you take turns at going to the boss and telling him you are concerned that this woman has come in bravely soldiering on but really needs to be at home, then he might notice what a sickly person she is.
Either that or just all start taking sick days the day after she comes in. An unofficial strike if you will.
Good Luck!! xx
