She now knows there is something there between you. Most of my friends are guys, so I'm glad he doesn't get TOO jealous, but a little bit would be kind of nice sometimes... I've even outwardly flirted with his friends in purpose right in front of him to see if he'd get jealous (he knew that's why I was doing it) and he said he didn't. Jealousy is an odd thing.Next time you tell this girl a story about another girl that could be with you, ask if she got jealous. It becomes almost a game! ;-)-GG

If she is as good a friend as you seem to think she is, then she should be really understanding if you were to tell her your true feelings. I know this is easier said than done, but it is the only way you can move forward with anyone be it friends/family/partners...honesty is always the best policy....
