Wait until it's been a week from the first test, and take another.
Most likely, you are not pregnant. This could be stress or hormones.
Sometimes you jsut skip a period. I am always very regular, but one month BAM, no period. I took 5 tests, all were negative. Then the next month, right on time, got my period.
I'm willing to bet you're fine. If you really want to put your mind at ease, go to your gyno and have an exam done.

Your panic might be the reason it is late.
Lots of other factors can make you miss your period, including stress, diet, illness, a change to your body clock.
Try and calm yourself down, take another test if it hasn't arrived in a week or so and if you are still worried, go and see your G.P.

reader, anonymous, writes (25 March 2009): There are many reasons for late periods, it's very common and by no means indicates that you are pregnant.
To put your mind at ease you might want to do another test or two and maybe try different brands of pregnancy test.
It's most likely as simple as your period just being late.
If the results come out negative again, it's safe to assume you're not pregnant, but a visit to the doctor might be a good idea if this persists.
