Uncle Sneaker is correct, this is VERY IMPORTANT that your boyfriend see his doctor straight away. It could be a simple infection, which will need treating, or it could be something more serious. He should go straightaway!!!!
As far as delayed periods go, you could buy a home pregnancy kit and do a test. If you're young, your periods may still be erratic. Have a chat with your doctor too if this is something that is concerning you.

If your boyfriend has blood in his pee then he MUST go to the doctor. It could be a number of things, but there isn't really any option except to get medical advice as soon as possible. This really is important. Don't leave it.
