A female United States age 30-35, *oftballplaya writes:

Okay my b/f and me broke up and now he wont even awknowledge that i exist, when we were together we got along like best friends. Now he has moved on and im fine with that but he acts like Im not even there and we sit at the same table!

His friends and mine say that we will eventually get back together because we still have like 4 years (we are 14) and ya never know what can happen in between them years so yeahh.

But we hardly talk and I dont get why he is forcing me out of his life. Everyone told me I was the best thing in his life. I get that he moved on and I realized that I have to accept it for the time being, but why dont he even wanna be friends, I asked him and he says he dont hate me but the next day he acts like Im not there and i dont know why.

Cant we end things on a good note or is it impossible?!

Why is he pushing me out of his life?

A female reader, anonymous, writes (7 May 2008):

Guys do that when they are hurting. they wud rather pretend they dont care than show that they realy are hurting. i wud suggest to let it be. give him and urself time, and if you both love each other, you will get back together. dont push anything and come off desperate or pushy. move on, even if you dont date someone new, occupy ur time with other things. give it time. good luck.
