With all that I wrote (sorry and thank you) , what's his angle? Or is there one?P. s. if I ever gave him that vibe it was a long time ago,so why wait until now?

Its all a bit confusing. Why did you tell this Sam you liked him - yet couldn't tell your crush the same in the past.
Does this mean you prefer this Sam so made a move or were you just trying to make your crush jealous?
He might have been interested a bit but now it sounds as though he knows you like somebody else, he isn't going to make a move just to be rejected is he?
If your age IS 26-29 then it's time to stop playing games, if you like a guy then it's HIM you flirt with, not somebody random
