It was a very passionate and loving long distance relationship which ended due to the fact that we argued all the time and broke up and got back together despite the distace because of our intense feelings for one another. After we broke up, he got into a rebound relationship and proceeded to rub it in my face, bringing her to my town, putting up albums and albums on fb of them kissing and be "so happy" etc etc. She then dumped him about a month ago for reasons unknown. At the time, I was VERY upset about it, and Im almost over it, and he wished me a happy new years.. while drunk (around midnight), and put up statuses on fb saying how "missing people really really sucks" and started to contact me again. He also deleted all the albums on fb of him and the rebound. I didnt respond to any of this because i was unsure if i was ready to be friends. So yesterday i message him after thinking "you know what? Im ready, humans arent pieces of garbage you throw away, and i can forgive him, so lets be mates", saying, "hey lets have a chat and sort out all the shit so that we can be friends and just be on good terms"... and he completely tries to flip it back on me. Like.. "oh theres nothing to sort out?" and saying "we dont need to have a chat and sort anything out to be proper friends". This guy aint dumb. Theres no chance he thinks we ended on good terms. So why is he acting like having a chat to just sort shit out to be mates is so out of left field? Hes acting like im trying to get back together or something, just because i sugested we clear the air. Is he just mad i didnt wish him a happy new years back? And didnt say " i miss you too" to his fb status? Hes trying to claim hes "completely over it" but if you were a guy... and you were completely over your ex.. would you message her on new years? And if you were completely over it.. wouldnt you want to be friends with you ex? And clear the air?Or would you just try and pretend that you hadnt done anything wrong.. and that there was nothing to "sort out" in order to become mates?
